FRIENDLY DOG WITH MANGLED FACE & NO NOSTRILS LEFT FOR DEAD IN LOCAL PARK

The Pennsylvania SPCA in Philadelphia recently got reports of a tiny Pit Bull roaming through Pennypack Park’s woods. Whoever abandoned the adorable puppy didn’t care what happened to her or whether she survived or died.

The beautiful youngster had disfiguring face injuries and was definitely a victim of dog cruelty, according to a closer investigation. Her eyes were sunk, her body posture was hunched, and she would very surely expire alone in the park if no one intervened. The generous people at the Pennsylvania SPCA took her in and called her Lavendar, or Lovie as she became known. Lovie would require a lot of love and attention, but the rescue organization sprang right in to assist.

Lovie’s desertion wasn’t the most pressing issue on her saviors’ minds. Instead, they were concerned about her disfigured face, which had “compromise her nasal pathways with no nostrils visible.” While she can breathe via her lips, she may never be able to breathe normally again.”

Nobody knows who put Lovie in the woods, why, or how she wound up with such horrific injuries. The folks at the Pennsylvania SPCA are hoping that someone recognizes Lovie and can share information about her. They are dedicated to providing her with a loving home and the greatest medical treatment possible, but the Humane Law Enforcement team would like to track down the monster who did this to Lovie.
